In answer to the growing need of the St. Martin Parish area for quality care for the senior community, St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehabilitation was established in 1984 by Co-Founders Johnny Raymond (deceased) and Paul Hardy, current President.

St. Agnes is a 128-bed facility staffed with hard-working professionals, who provide the quality care every resident deserves. Under the "St. Agnes Cares" banner, residents thrive in an efficiently run, quality care center where they achieve their highest possible level of physical, psycho-social and spiritual potential, The St. Agnes staff is always working to protect and enhance the dignity of our residents.
